These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the legal relationship between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilieve ("jilieve," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the jilieve website located at jilieve.net, all associated mobile-optimized pages, game interfaces, promotional content, support channels, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

This Agreement is entered into on the date you first access the Platform or register a player account, whichever is earlier. Your continued use of the Platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised terms. jilieve recommends that you periodically review this page to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions must be read in conjunction with jilieve's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

Access to and participation in jilieve's gaming services is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant at all times that:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, participation in casino-style gambling, including online casino platforms regulated by PAGCOR, requires a minimum age of 21 years. jilieve enforces this requirement absolutely and without exception.
• Jurisdiction: You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is permitted under applicable law. Filipino players accessing jilieve from within the Philippines are covered under PAGCOR's regulatory framework governing the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not acting under any legal disability, guardianship, or court order that restricts your ability to engage in online gaming.
• Single Account: You hold only one (1) registered account on the jilieve Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Own Account: You are registering and playing exclusively for yourself, using your own legal identity and your own funds. Playing on behalf of third parties, including family members, is prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether initiated through jilieve's own responsible gaming tools or through PAGCOR's national exclusion registry.
• Not a Restricted Person: You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of jilieve or any of its affiliated operators, game providers, or technology partners.

To access jilieve's full suite of gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number registered with a Philippine network (Globe, Smart, or DITO).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jilieve strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account via SMS OTP to an active Philippine mobile number. You must notify jilieve's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jilieve will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorized access that occurred prior to your notification to the support team.

jilieve supports a range of Philippine-market payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All player account balances are maintained and displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilieve does not charge processing fees on standard PHP deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.

• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of your account's KYC status. Withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits are prioritized. jilieve targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed at the time of request.
• Own Funds Only: All deposits must originate from a payment account legally registered in your own name. jilieve will reject deposits from third-party accounts and may freeze funds pending investigation if third-party payment is detected.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20, Coins.ph) are converted to PHP at the prevailing platform rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• Anti-Money Laundering: jilieve complies with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence reviews, and jilieve is required by law to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.

jilieve offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins on selected slots, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement by the stated expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be applied to your account at any given time. Claiming a new deposit bonus while a prior bonus is still active may result in cancellation of the prior bonus.

• jilieve VIP Program: The jilieve VIP loyalty program operates on a tiered structure with separate terms communicated directly to eligible players. VIP cashback, reload credits, and exclusive promotions are subject to the same general bonus rules above unless explicitly overridden in writing by jilieve.

jilieve offers a diverse game catalog spanning live dealer casino tables, online slots, bingo, fish shooting games, and sports betting. Each game category operates under specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface or game information page. By placing any wager, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with the applicable game rules.

All digital games on the jilieve Platform — including slots and bingo — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that produces statistically random and independent outcomes for every game round. The RNG systems used by jilieve's game providers are subject to independent technical audits to verify compliance with fairness standards. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional trained dealers in certified studio environments, with game outcomes determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under the supervision of studio pit management.

jilieve reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where there is evidence of system error, software malfunction, human error, or circumstances that produced an outcome materially inconsistent with the intended game rules. In such cases, jilieve will act in a fair and reasonable manner and communicate the resolution to affected players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilieve Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities where legally required:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one (1) account per individual player
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for any person under 21
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any technical mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker variants, coordinated live casino betting strategies, or insider information exploitation in sportsbook markets
• Money laundering, deposit cycling, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform errors for financial gain; any winnings derived from a known software error are null and void
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the Platform's source code, servers, or back-end infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilieve staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel
• Impersonating another player, jilieve employee, or any other person or entity

All content on the jilieve Platform — including but not limited to the jilieve brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, user interface layouts, graphics, promotional copy, game titles, software, database architecture, and all other creative and technical elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilieve and/or its licensed game providers and technology partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilieve Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without jilieve's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jilieve's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilieve account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

jilieve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming winnings due to connectivity issues, loss of data, interruption of service, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

The jilieve Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jilieve invests significantly in platform reliability and uptime, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily limit access to some or all Platform features.

jilieve is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform enforces a strict 21+ age policy on all registrations and transactions. Players are encouraged to treat gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

jilieve provides every registered player with access to a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts and session cut-offs after a specified period of continuous play

• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days

jilieve reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Detection of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or payment fraud
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or use of illegal funds
• Confirmed multi-accounting or account sharing
• Violation of PAGCOR regulations applicable to the Platform
• Requests from regulatory, law enforcement, or judicial authorities
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, jilieve may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where account closure results from a player's own voluntary request or from account inactivity (not breach), eligible real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard processing checks.

jilieve reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilieve will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately due to regulatory direction, legal obligation, or security concerns.

Your continued use of the jilieve Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the jilieve Platform.

Before initiating any formal legal or regulatory proceeding, you agree to first contact jilieve's support team to seek an informal resolution of your complaint. jilieve commits to acknowledging all formally submitted complaints within five (5) business days and providing a substantive written response within twenty (20) business days. Where a complaint relates to regulated gaming activity, unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published player complaint procedures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
